The role

Responsibilities

The role combines business analysis and SAP delivery responsibilities across the full project lifecycle.

• Support implementation, rollout, and support projects using Agile methodology.
• Apply application-support and business-process knowledge to solve defined business problems.
• Identify and address client needs through discussions and meetings; communicate relevant services; manage engagements and documentation; and balance project economics with unanticipated issues.
• Provide impact analysis and estimates for fit-gap analysis.
• Design, build, test, and deploy SAP technical solutions, including RICEF reports, interfaces, conversions, extensions, and forms.
• Prepare functional unit-test plans and system integration testing documents.
• Manage and deliver multiple priorities within agreed service levels.
• Use Jira to plan, track, and manage Agile projects.
• Implement configuration management in relevant functional areas.
• Participate in system integration testing and user acceptance testing for business approval and production deployment.
• Support post-go-live hypercare issues.
• Apply SAP EWM, SAP ABAP, SAP MM, SAP WM, SAP LE, SAP ERP, SAP TM, SAP LE-TRA, and RF Framework skills.
• Travel to unanticipated locations throughout the United States may be required for work at end-client locations.
